This is the first completed image in a triptych that conceptually explores anxiety. As one who struggles with it, i liken it to living inside a box. As the anxiety intensifies, the box seems to get smaller while the outside world looms larger. The dark angst and feelings of confinement are some of the emotions i explored with this self portrait.
