This is the second completed image in a triptych that conceptually explores anxiety. As one who struggles with it, i liken it to living inside a box. As the anxiety intensifies, the box seems to get smaller while the outside world looms larger. The dark angst, catatonia, paralysis and feelings of confinement, are some of the emotions i explored within this self portrait.
